i just received a big piece news today. it wasn't totally unexpected. i already had myself prepared for the worst...but it's just the magnitude of the impact of the issue. i trying my best to remain unaffected, so i did something else to numb myself. and it's expensive! i signed up for the driving course. oh god, it cost a bomb. something to do with oligopolies and price fixing. i think theory's no problem but learning manual is gonna take some serious effort. my Basic theory test is on 14 Jan, and i signed up for 5 sessions round the circuit. around 60 each. jiaying told me no need so much. just need 1 session. the customer service bitch was trying to rip me off i think...heartless profit-maximising firms.

back to a more serious note, i think it's really hard keeping secrets. especially personal things that really affect you. it's like bottling everything up and then risk blowing up the whole thing. life's fragile and sometimes things are really out of our control. i just hate to resign to fate.
