i've waited so long for the return of English football after the long summer break. although there were many tournaments like the Copa America,Asia Cup and club friendlies, nothing beats competitive EPL football. it's Man Utd vs Chelsea tonight, playing at Wembley for the Community Shield and i hope it won't be the same dull cup like the previous FA Cup Final between these two teams. it's not likely that Anderson and Hargreaves will play, but i'm hoping nani will make an appearance and give us a glimpse of his potential. Rooney and C. Ronaldo will be back and maybe giggs will play too. too bad scholes is out. hopefully Man Utd will have enough quality to overcome Chelsea.

i'm really looking forward to the start of Manchester United's new campaign. Winning the Champions League will be a bonus, but retaining the domestic league title will be of utmost importance to me. Good luck to the Red Devils.
