After being lied to blatantly by my good friend for so many times, I've learn a bit on detecting lies...i'm no longer a victim of deception and scam. Here's a few tips for detecting lies.
1)Not answering a question directly. When given a few options, try to "escape" by rejecting all the options and making his own theory.
2)Using humor or sarcasm to avoid a subject.
3)Using an object (e.g.handphone) as a barrier against him and yourself, in order to try to distract himself and not get stuck in a conversation.
4)The most common-Avoiding eye contact
5)Forced/unnatural facial expression when answering questions. e.g.stiff smile
6)Most importantly, having intelligence sources to gather evidence.
