I was just thinking what i would be doing after the A'Levels. There will be so much time to spare and the best way to spend the time is to learn something new. I was thinking of what to learn.something that is useful and practical, something that will help me get through life.

and i realise cooking is a good option. not every man can cook well, and my mum always says that girls nowadays can't cook. or they don't have the desire to learn. that's why she says learning to cook a proper meal is important....I'll have to live on my own someday. and i think occasionally cooking for a woman to eat is a very good way of impressing her. Jiahao always says that "A hungry man is an angry man". so i guess being able to satisfy the palate of others will be a good thing.

but learning how to cook will be difficult. i gotta go beyond cooking instant noodles and frying simple omelettes. i used to screw up in the home econs cooking class in VS, but cooking's fun. u get to be creative, you get to control the situation. i think good food is priceless, especially good homecooked food. cooking seems like a great idea, not as a career, maybe as a hobby will be fine.
