watched Death Note with J. Loh at Cathay Building just now....we were trying to find theatre 1...no sign of it..actually it was called the 'Grand Cathay'. waste my time. the theatre was high, more like an auditorium...especially with curtains all that. the ads were short...i like it that way.
death note centres on a genius,..ok two. Kira aka Light and 'L'. the movie was easy on the mind (unlike the prestige). the god of death looked cool...and he loves apples like me. perhaps he could give me another one of his notebook. overall i think the movie gets only three stars. but i'll watch the second part..to see what happens between Kira and L.
