damn. my arms ache. they're as stiff as rock. cos' i did gym with charles today. yea, only two of us. duno where the rest of the soccer boys go..it seems one day per week training simply isn't sufficient.

yea, i'm looking forward to tmr's formal training...time to joga bonito.
