i can't really say i wasted friday. cos' i really learnt a lot during the PW survey today at SGH. we became the "Friends of SGH'. and had many oppourtunites to look around. we conducted our survey at the maternity ward, though the numbers weren't enough, i think the info were collected were very valuable. and that short interview with the nurse clinician was very constructive...we could do a lot more to improve the confinement diet. yea, luckily for park, he went off early for "tuition". asshole. overall, it was an important breakthrough for our project work.
but the cold war still continues...

i can't believe i'm spending my friday night doing nothing. j.loh ask me go watch fireworks. so gay... i'm also too tired to move. the PW seemed to have drained much of my energy. fitness suspect. gotta work on it.
